I have a very good friend who is always combing the Internet and sending me emails about authors that he thinks I should pay close attention. He suggested that I should check out the website for Stephan A. Schwartz. I went to Stephan’s website and started reading some of his newsletters and became very interested in the topics he was writing about and his position on these subjects. I made contact with Stephan to become a guest on our podcast, and he agreed.
In our interview together we discuss his new book entitled, “Opening to the Infinite“. Stephan explains the relationship of non-local awareness with spiritual practice, creativity and the modern mental martial art known as Remote Viewing, and what this tells us about our nature as human beings.
I initially ask him about a project that is discussed in the book regarding how 64 men and women, who had been taught the basic skills of Remote Viewing, were asked to describe the location of Saddam Hussein at the time of his capture. Even though only 47 of the participants decided to participate in the experiment, their recount of the events, location and physical stature of Saddam Hussein at the time of his capture were amazingly accurate.
Stephan says that anyone can be taught the basic skills associated with Remote Viewing, and that these skills can be used for so many different purposes to assist us in our everyday life. I know you are going to find my dialogue with Stephan very interesting, and you just might want to learn the basic skills associated with Remote Viewing.

Elisabeth Fayt’s new book entitled, “Paving it Forward“, is a must read for anyone who would like to learn how to better visualize a better tomorrow. It is an instructional manual which shows you how to pave your life forward.
In our interview together, we discuss how her life was positively influenced by the great Indian Saint Paramahansa Yogananda. Elisabeth is a devotee of Self-Realization Fellowship and states that when she read the, “Autobiography of a Yogi”, that it changed her life forever. She studied and devoted some years of her life to the Self-Realization Fellowship organization.
Elisabeth believes that the act of “pre-paving” is consciously choosing how you want to look, live and feel through every part of your day and every part of your life.
Pre-paving is telling the Universe what you want before it happens. It is a form of intention that “lines up the energy” so that you can easily manifest what you desire. Elisabeth states that your vibration works as a magnet, attracting to you all of the people, events and circumstances in your life. The goal is to raise the vibration so you begin attracting the good things in life that you have always wanted. The moment you begin positively pre-paving, your vibration rises immediately.
I love the way that Elisabeth has organized her book. It is perfect for the reader. Each section starts with an opportunity to affirm your pre-paving for the day or for something that you are attempting to manifest in your life. It sets the energy in motion for you to manifest your thoughts and ideas, then Elisabeth provides supportive stories and ideas to tie the particular pre-paving thought to what you are attempting to manifest in your life. You can pick up the book in any spot or use the index to find a particular area that you wish to pre-pave, and you are on your way to manifesting your desires.
Elisabeth speaks about your emotional guidance system, and that negative feelings are a blessing and a gift. She states that when you feel a negative feeling, it is a sign that your thoughts are not taking you in the direction you want to go. If you want to stay focused then pre-paving is a positive way to reinforce your path so that you can achieve your aspirations.
I know you are going to love this interview with Elisabeth Fayt. If you want to learn more about her workshops and other programs please visit her website by clicking here.
“The Won Thing“, is an interesting title for a book, and Peggy Mc Coll is certainly well qualified to write a book about “The Won Thing“. So just what is this all about? It truly is about her personal journey to find fulfillment, happiness and peace within.
Like many people, she was constantly looking outside of herself for happiness. As as you can expect, happiness, fulfillment and joy were ever elusive until she found the secret that these things are not an outside job, they are attained from someone who is happy within for what and who they are.
Nothing is going to satisfy you if you are looking beyond yourself. No amount of money, fast cars, sex, clothes, big houses and the material possessions of life. In other words there is no one thing, it is your ability to not be attached to any of the material and go within for your true peace.
As Peggy writes, happiness begins within. She suggest regular updating of your affirmations and to express gratitude for your circumstances. When you create the internal condition for happiness within yourself, you shift into a positive emotional state, and the universe responds by matching your external circumstances. It doesn’t always seem this way , but that’s because you’re probably not always aware of how much inner turmoil you have. If in your subconscious mind you feel sadness, the universe will attract situations to you that reflect sorrow.
The Won Thing is your personal recipe for joy, satisfaction and a sense of purpose, and it combines the following elements:
- Taking responsibility for your own life.
- Managing your thoughts and emotions
- Setting and achieving your goals
- Giving to others unconditionally out of a sense of personal passion.
- Feeling grateful
- Attending to the small stuff and taking pride in your work.
- Being happy.
Come join with me as I explore with Peggy Mc Coll her life, and the important lessons she learned along the way about “The Won Thing“. If you would like to learn more about Peggy and her books and workshops please click here for more information.
I recently had the good fortune of being introduced to Ken Foster the author of, “Ask and You will Succeed.” His book is certainly a wonderful approach to going deep within and asking some very important questions about your purpose, values and mission in life. How might you shift your thinking to overcome those beliefs?

I thoroughly enjoyed my interview with Dilip Abayasekara. His new book entitled, “The Path of the Genie“, is a wonderful book about the lessons learned by Aladdin. In my interview with Dilip we explore these lessons and how they can apply to our lives to bring us more happiness, meaning and purpose. Based on the truths derived from the story of Aladdin, “The Path of the Genie“, extracts powerful examples for living from pivotal points in Aladdin’s story. Highlights such as rubbing the lamp, getting the Genie’s help, winning the love of the princess, and the sacrificing his own desires in order to grant freedom to the Genie are almost magically changed into lessons for life: getting rid of negative forces and discovering the transforming powers of humanity, self discovery, and self-offering.
As Dilip articulates so well through this book, you are not an accident of nature. There is a purpose and meaning behind your life. The hard part is finding that purpose and meaning. The path to finding your purpose and living out your destiny is what “The Path of the Genie” is all about. So, just what is your heart’s desire? How can you achieve this desire, and why is it so important to you?
If you are asking yourself these kind of questions and would like to explore the answers that dwell within you, then I highly recommend reading this entertaining and enjoyable book that provides you with the lesson and guidance to find your purpose in life. My interview with Dilip is wonderful and will be a real stepping stone for those seeking to answer these life long questions about their purpose in life.

My good friend David Corbin has just released his new book entitled, “Illuminate: Harnessing the Positive Power of Negative Thinking”. Isn’t that a great title for a book? Not only is it a great title, the concepts presented here are wonderful.
How many of you when you have been challenged or confronted with a negative situation take the time to learn from it? Many times we divert our energy and move in the opposite direction of the challenge hoping that it will go away.
In David’s new book he dispels the myths about constantly remaining positive to find solution. This is very contradictory to the traditional Positive Mental Attitude approach. David believes that if you illuminate the negative and question authority, become proactive and think outside the box that it will help you find solutions to your challenges. He states that we need to develop critical thinking skills and be unafraid to face the truth.
David’s book is filled with examples and experiences of countless individuals who have discovered that negative thinking can bring about unparalleled positive results in anyone’s work and life. So if you want to make breakthroughs in your life look at what is not working and learn from your mistakes. I love the analogy in this book about Thomas Edison. If you remember Edison took 300 tries to develop the light bulb. He was reminded about how many times he failed. And his answer was, “I now know over 300 ways not to make a light bulb.” What a great analogy for life, just keep trying even if you are failing at something and at some point you are going to have a breakthrough.
I am sure glad that Edison illuminated the negative, because if he had not we would all probably still be in the dark.If you want to know more about my good friend and author David Corbin you can visit his website by clicking here. He is really a wonderful man with a big heart and lots to teach us about harnessing the positive power of negative thinking.
I found my interview with Srikumar Rao to be fascinating. Here is a man that has been teaching a course on Creativity and Personal Mastery at the University level. Year after year his courses are filled with students that provide accolades for the professor and the material taught in his courses.
In the introduction of his book Dr. Rao asks you to wake up from your dreamworld and make a better life for yourself. His book and his course shows you how to take the action and create a life filled with success, happiness and fulfillment.
Dr. Rao states that the first block to personal mastery–and one of the biggest–is our unquestioned mental models. He states that these are our fixed ideas of how the world works and how things should or shouldn’t be done. We accept these models so completely that we live our lives according to them. From these fixed ideas we construct our own realities. And some of us must admit that the realities we create are not so wonderful.
So just how does all of this happen? It happens through our mental chatter. You created your world unconsciously. Your world was created by your constant companion. So who is this constant companion? It is the mental chatter that you are in dialogue with on a daily basis. It is your voice of judgment that is telling you what is right, and what is wrong. One of the secrets to a successful life is to be aware of this mental chatter, and to look for the patterns in our mind chatter. Journal and attempt to replace the mental chatter with positive reinforcing messages.
Are You Ready to Succeed? is filled with wonderful exercises to help the reader overcome many of the challenges that one faces in becoming a true success. The ideas and concepts are borrowed from the ageless wisdom, but we all need to be reminded of the ways to over come the mental challenges that get in our way of success.
I highly recommend this book, and Dr. Rao’s course. If you would like to learn more about the course and to download the syllabus please click here to be directed to Dr. Rao’s website. I know you are going to love this interview with a true master of in the art of creativity and personal mastery.
