I recently had the pleasure of interviewing Arielle Ford, Debbie Ford’s sister about a hidden manuscript that Debbie Ford has written just prior to her death from a long bout with cancer. The story about how this manuscript and how it was found, is just as interesting as the content of the book. I encourage you to listen carefully to the sequence of spiritual events that occured to Arielle that allowed this book to come about and be published, a fascinating sequence of events being facilitated from her sister and a medium that spoke to her from the otherside.
So, now about “Your Holiness“. Debbie Ford wrote this book in full disclosure of her life and all of her dark shadows. As many of you know she fought drug addiction for years and was successful in overcoming the addiction. As Debbie writes in “Your Holiness” “what you are seeking at the deepest level exist inside you, in the quietude of your inner world, in the privacy of your sweet heart. So now it’s your responsibility, your holy responsibility, to encode your consciousness with thoughts, feelings, and images that will support you in creating the perfect internal environment to cultivate a deep and intimate relationship with the one you call God.”
“Your Holiness” is filled with wonderful poems and allows the reader to make a deep connection to their higher power. It allows us to remember the importance of “God” in our life, and to live, love, learn and let go.
If you are interested in elevating to a new level of spiritual understanding, then please read “Your Holiness“. You can learn more about Debbie Ford by going to the website for the Ford Institute or to the book website by clicking here.
I hope you enjoy this great interview with Debbie’s sister Arielle Ford.
When was the last time you had a strong gut feeling about something, or that little voice inside was whispering in your ear? How would you like to access that intuition on demand?
I recently had the pleasure of interviewing author Lisa K about her new book entitled “Intuition on Demand-A Step by Step Guide to Powerful Intuition You Can Trust“. In our interview together Lisa provides easy to use techniques that when practiced will allow you to access your intuition more frequently and with greater levels of reliability. Lisa has spent years studying intuition and her education and training prior to being passionate about intuition was science and engineering-interesting background for someone interested in intuition.
Lisa definition of intuition is ” a knowing without knowing how you know it”. Very short, simple and accurate. Lisa has ten (10) secrets to accessing intuition and they are 1) Be Relaxed and Be Open 2) No Figuring it Out, No Judging the Answers 3) Fragments and Symbols 4) Signs Outside of You 5) Believing=Power 6) Outside Tools 7) Trigger Your Intuition by Asking 8) You Get What You Get and You Don’t Get Upset 9) Ask for Clarity 10) Where’s the Bathroom. Now while this is a little out of context, I wanted to give you an idea of what Lisa reveals in our interview and throughout her book.

One of my favorite and most admired authors is Steven Kotler. Has authored “Tomorrowland“, “Bold“, “The Rise of Superman” and “Abundance” just to name a few. He is a prolific writer and author.
I recently had the pleasure to discuss with him his new book entitled “Stealing Fire-How Silicon Valley, the Navy Seals, and Mavericks Scientists Are Revolutionizing the Way We Live and Work.”
In our interview together we explore the revolution that is occurring in society today, and shortcuts that are being used to boost insight and inspiration which results in creating alters states of consciousness, thus improving personal performance. Steven and his co-author Jamie Wheal have spent four years investigating the leading edges of this revolution, from interviews with the Navy Seals, Green Berets and attending Burning Man they have compiled the stories and information in their new book “Stealing Fire”.
Steven states that this revolution is spreading into the mainstream, fueling a trillion dollar underground economy and forcing us to rethink how we can lead richer, more productive, more satisfying lives. In our interview, we discuss recent advances in psychology, neurobiology, pharmacology, and technology are driving this phenomenon which allows us to move past myths, assumptions, and controversies and embrace peak performances as men and women.
As you will find out when you read “Stealing Fire” the quest to attain these alter states of consciousness have been going on since 415BC. To this day the rituals, techniques, and drugs used to attain these altered states of consciousness are changing and the effects are much more powerful. I know you are going to love this interview with author Steven Kotler about his new book “Stealing Fire”

This is my second interview with author Andrew Holecek. In our interview about his new book entitled “Dream Yoga-Illuminating Your Life Through Lucid Dreaming and the Tibetan Yogas of Sleep“, Andrew and I speak about now only how to utilize lucid dream “dream yoga” to gain insights about your true self and your personal desires.
Andres states that there are three essential ingredients for lucid dreaming (1) strong motivation or intention, (2) good dream recall, and (3) practicing the induction techniques.
So just what are the induction techniques, (1) is something called the “state check” this is a questions that you pose throughout your waking day asking yourself “Is this a dream?” “Am I dreaming?”, this is designed to bring awareness to your state of consciousness. (2) is something called “dreamsigns”. This is when we become sensitized to the out-of-the-ordinary dreamlike events that occur during the day and to use these events that occur as triggers to conduct a “stage check”. (3) Something called “prospective memory”. This is where you are remembering to do something in the future. It’s almost an oxymoron, because memory is associated with the past and prospective is associated with the future. An example of this is telling yourself that every time you get a text message you’ll remember to do a state check–another way to remind yourself to check in about your state of consciousness and awareness of what is happening around you.
Andrew’s new book “Dream Yoga” is filled with great instruction on how to develop a state of lucid dreaming. If you are interested in learning more about lucid dreaming and how to practices techniques that will trigger your nightly deep dream states with great recall then I would recommend you obtaining a copy of “Dream Yoga“. I also think that listening to our interview will provide you with a great overview of “Dream Yoga” and Andrew is truly one of the master instructors on this topic.

I hope you enjoy this wonderful interview with author Andrew Holecek.
I recently had the pleasure of interviewing Jill Willard the author of a wonderful book on the development of intuition called ” Intuitive Being-Connect with Spirit, Find Your Center and Choose an Intentional Life.”
In our interview together we explore not only Jill’s history as an intuitive medium, but how intuition is a special power we all poses and is just waiting for us to access. Jill book “Intuitive Being” is written to allow the reader to learn new approaches for learning how to listen to and tune into intuition. She teaches the reader how to unlock their intuition and learn how to “trust” what you are feeling, hearing, or sensing when they are open to the intuitive call.
Jill and I discuss the seven energy centers that play a vital role in learning how to open up to intuition, these are the gateways to our inner being to spirit which is at the heart of intuition. The sixth energy center is the “third eye”. As Jill states ” Intuition is quite a mystery until it is not. The knowing is like a whisper at time, and this awareness might feel subtle at first. This will be an awareness of self, like our soul and our self are communicating in great partnership.”
If you are at all curious about how to tap into your intuition then I can highly recommend reading Jill’s book ” Intuitive Being“. If you want to learn more about Jill you can visit her website by clicking here, or go to her Twitter page and connect with her there.
This story is about one man’s quest to understand the life hereafter as a result of his son Jordan being murdered, and his connection to Jordan through Induced After Death Communications. Author Matthew McKay tells about a heart wrenching story, but one with a pleasant insight and understanding about what happens to us when we die in his new book “Seeking Jordan“.
As Matt states ” Pain is the path to truth. It refracts light to reveal things not otherwise seen. In the heart of the pain is a moment when the universe, and our place within it , become more visible. Nothing is truly lost. Nothing. The soul is constant, never broken. Pain seems to damage us, but the damage is an illusion. The idea of safety or protection is an illusion. It is all safe—everything we love.
Matt has had more than 100 conversations with his son Jordan, all of which have been revealing about the life after death. He asked Jordan what can be gained and lost? His immediate answer was that nothing is lost by opening to the circle with the dead. Nothing. Communicating with the dead preserves a connection across the life and death divide, by learning things that only the dead can know.
If you are at all curious about life after death and communicating with the dead, then I would recommend that you listen too and get a copy of “Seeking Jordan–How I Learned the Truth about Death and the Invisible Universe.” If you want to learn more about Matthew please click here to be directed to his website. I trust you will be informed and intrigued by our interview together.
