Inside Personal Growth with Greg Voisen · Podcast 807: Dancing Through Life with Allen Brown My guest author Allen T. Brown is truly a unique

I recently had the pleasure of interviewing Arielle Ford, Debbie Ford’s sister about a hidden manuscript that Debbie Ford has written just prior to her death from a long bout with cancer.  The story about how this manuscript and how it was found, is just as interesting as the content of the book.  I encourage you to listen carefully to the sequence of spiritual events that occured to Arielle that allowed this book to come about and be published, a fascinating sequence of events being facilitated from her sister and a medium that spoke to her from the otherside.

So, now about “Your Holiness“.   Debbie Ford wrote this book in full disclosure of her life and all of her dark shadows.  As many of you know she fought drug addiction for years and was successful in overcoming the addiction.  As Debbie writes in “Your Holiness” “what you are seeking at the deepest level exist inside you, in the quietude of your inner world, in the privacy of your sweet heart. So now it’s your responsibility, your holy responsibility, to encode your consciousness with thoughts, feelings, and images that will support you in creating the perfect internal environment to cultivate a deep and intimate relationship with the one you call God.”

Your Holiness” is filled with wonderful poems and allows the reader to make a deep connection to their higher power.  It allows us to remember the importance of “God” in our life, and to live, love, learn and let go.

If you are interested in elevating to a new level of spiritual understanding, then please read “Your Holiness“.  You can learn more about Debbie Ford by going to the website for the Ford Institute or to the book website by clicking here.

I hope you enjoy this great interview with Debbie’s sister Arielle Ford.

Thomas Moore is an author that writes books with meaning and significance, and his new book entitled ” Ageless Soul-The Lifelong Journey Toward Meaning and Joy” is no exception. His ability to weave into words how we are feeling as souls journeying through this lifetime and more importantly our aging process is nothing short of a masterpiece.

Moore provides readers with a new way to think about aging. In contrast to the perception that aging means diminishment, Moore regards aging as the process by which we become more fully ourselves: a series of initiations, rather than losses. “Aging with soul is the process of becoming a full, rich, and interesting person. “Ageless Soul” is a deeply compassionate book on how to find new meaning, vigor, connection and growth in the process of aging.

No matter where you are on the age continuum I believe you will find deep reflective meaning in Thomas Moore’s new book. It will get you thinking about how to live the later years of your life with more significance and meaning. It is filled with stories not only from the author’s own experiences, but of others that are traveling the aging journey as well.

I trust you will enjoy this wonderful interview with Thomas Moore the author of “Ageless Soul“. If you want to find out more about Thomas and his new book please click here to be directed to his website. Enjoy listening!

I absolutely love how author Albert Flynn DeSilver approaches the topic of writing.  In his new book entitled ” Writing as a Path to Awakening,” Albert guides the reader through what can only be expressed as a spiritual experience.  If you have ever written a book, poetry or long-term paper you will agree that the process of writing can be an out of body experience.

The deeper you get into your writing the more open you are to just write without judgments and you will experience what I term as flow.  It is a wonderful experience, and sometimes you don’t know where the words on the paper come from–it’s is as if you were the channeled.

Albert writes that many of us struggle with maintaining a practice of staying consistent in order to develop a process.  The consistent striving for an imagined sense of perfection is one of the things that can keep us off the page.  If perfection is your jam, say this out loud, in all caps for emphasis.  THERE IS NO SUCH THING AS PERFECTION.

Writing as a Path to Awakening”  is a treasure trove of practical advice on writing and on finding yourself, for the process of creative writing always has you exploring your deep inner thoughts, and learning how to express them to the world.

I hope you enjoy this great interview with author Albert DeSilver if you want to learn more about the author please click here to be taken to his website.

I have to admit the deepest interviews I have ever had have been with author Mark Nepo.  In my recent interview with him about his new book ” The One Life We’re Given” we explored together how to reach and listen to our soul’s calling.

As Mark states “Throwing ourselves wholeheartedly into what we’re given brings us alive”–whether we must deal with suffering, pain, fear and loss or surprise, beauty, love and wonder.  Each of these moments is an opportunity to listen more deeply to our feelings to deepen our connections with others, and to sense the sacred nature of ordinary things”.  On this journey we will affirm how precious this one life is and enter the chance we have to be fully alive and to be of us to each other and the world.  We will uncover, how by loving what’s before us and concentrating on what’s particular and personal, we can begin to make sense of our experience. We will learn how, over time, the twin callings of enlivening our soul and enlivening the world become one, and how our sincerity and labor help us survive and thrive.

If you are questioning certain life events from relationships to work, then you will want to read “The Life We’re Given“.  This book is a practical way to reevaluate your life, and find ways to change it for the better.  It will make you think deeply, reflect and listen to your soul.  If you are longing  to make your life better, the answers are right in front of you—the secret is to listen and connect to your soul then take action on your new found insights.

I hope you enjoy this wonderful interview with author Mark Nepo.  If you want to learn more about Mark please click here to be directed to his website, you can also connect with Mark by clicking here to be directed to his Facebook page.  Enjoy another great podcast with author Mark Nepo.

I had a very serendipitous event occur to me about a month ago.  I was setting in a local coffee house and saw a man reading “Through God’s Eyes”.  I was so taken by the title I asked him where he got the book and if he knew anything about the author.  He mentioned that the author was a fellow devotee of Self Realization Fellowship, and would I like to meet him.  The rest is history, I called Phil Bolsta and we instantly connected and I asked him to be a guest on Inside Personal Growth.

Phil’s new book “Through God’s Eyes-Finding Peace and Purpose in a Troubled World” is a work of art as far as I am concerned.  It took Phil over 14 years to compile the quotes that he has so carefully organized into sections in the book.  Included with the quotes are Phil’s own comments and food for though as you read, contemplate and meditate on the amazing compilation of quotes.  You can pick up “Through God’s Eyes” anywhere and be inspired. This is not a book you have to read page by page to get the meaning from its content.

I know you are going to enjoy my interview with Phil as we discuss many of the sections of “Through God’s Eyes”.  If you are seeking deeper spiritual understanding and connection then this is the book for you.  You don’t have to be a theologian to read and reap the rewards of “Through God’s Eyes”, just relax and enjoy the quotes and the inspiring food for thought that Phil has incorporated into every quote.
