Podcast 776: Eat, Move, Sleep-How Small Choices Lead to Big Changes with Tom Rath

I was so intrigued with my first interview with author Tom Rath about his book “Life’s Great Question” that I invited him to return to do an interview about one of his most popular books entitled “Eat, Move, Sleep“.   Most of us know what we should be doing to improve our health, and that we should work on improving our habits.  Tom does a wonderful job of explaining in Eat, Move, Sleep what people can do to improve their health and makes what can seem complicated, very simple.
