“Love Yourself and Let the Other Person Have it Your Way” by Larry Crane is based on the teachings of Lester Levenson and the technique he developed called the “Release Technique”. Levenson was a very intelligent man, as a matter of fact he was a physicist and engineer. Intellectually he was brilliant but emotionally he longed for happiness and love. Levenson came to the end of his rope, when his health started to fail him and he knew he needed to do something. He realized that to increase love in his life he needed to let go of the non-loving feelings. Sounds simple enough doesn’t it?
The Release Technique that I dialogue with Larry Crane about will assist you in letting go of the non-loving feelings. Larry discovered Lester’s teachings as a result of almost committing suicide. He was unhappy yet he had all of the material possessions that anyone could want. Larry says that the day he met Lester was the single greatest day of his life.
For Larry, it’s all about results. “It’s not what you say, it’s what you do,” are words Larry often repeats. “Talking about love, talking about what love is, talking about how to be loving is not the answer,” says Larry. “Actually doing it is the answer. Doing it, not talking about it.”
Don’t resist loving yourself. Blocking those feelings prevents you from moving forward both emotionally and spiritually. If you want real happiness and joy in your life, it is all about loving yourself and those around you. Letting go is the answer to having loving relationships in your life. The release technique is the secret to letting go and finding love and happiness in your life.
According to Larry human love is selfish. Divine love is completely selfless. Real love is winning the universe, not just one person but every person, every being. Real love, divine love is constant, persistent acceptance of all the beings in the universe.

I am glad that this podcast helped to assist you with your phobia with women. You might want to listen to Podcast 133 with Dr. David Simon on Feel Free to Love, Feel Free to Heal. This would be useful.
