He states that it is important to know the potential roadblocks that may appear because if you recognize them early and expect them, you’re far better equipped to deal with them.  It’s all very well knowing where you are and having a goal, but you may be thinking that you’re a special case, and your not.

The physical roadblocks from circumstances and the mental resistance are usually bull shit stories imagined in your head. Being aware of these potential roadblocks that could stop you, you can take the necessary measures to avoid them in the first place by planning and preparing things, or at least be able to deal with them when they arise.

    This is spot on!!! I’ve worked in the weight loss industry. The psychological aspect is significant! AND his method of calories vs fad diet is so important. Eat fresh, watch your portions, exercise, and get a good coach like him if you need support!
