We are all in a New Year, and hopefully we are attempting to improve our personal and professional lives in some way.
My guest Luke DePron is a personal trainer and advocate of a balanced lifestyle, which includes exercise and a focus on fitness. Luke has a podcast program called “The Live Great Lifestyle” where he interviews authors, trainers and people on a mission to help other change and transform their lives.
In my interview with Luke we discuss just some of the factor of living a healthy life, and one of those would be keeping fit by incorporating weight lifting into your routine. I know that so many people focus on cardio exercises, and don’t give much effort to a program which is well rounded and includes weight lifting. According to Luke this small and what may seem like an insignificant part of your work out really helps to release weight, and tone muscle–which is one of the reasons that the aging population muscles atrophy.
