We all make commitments to change, improve and make our life better, the real question we should ask is how can we sustain and create the new behavior necessary for lasting change?

In my interview with Dr. Joe Dispenza a best selling author of “Breaking the Habit of Being Yourself”. Dr. Dispenza and I speak about the brain science of creating lasting change and he talks about how to make it stick.

Dr. Dispenza says that once you understand the dynamics of how your brain works and some simple processes that are easy to follow, you can retrain your brain—and keep those resolutions. Lasting change is not a dream; it can be achieved employing strategies that can be learned and are repeatable.
