I had the pleasure of meeting author and personal/business coach Willem Van Esch through a fellow student at University of Santa Monica. Willem is a graduate of USM and has written a new book entitled “Mission Possible“.
You will find in our interview that Willem’s personal journey with its ups and downs can teach you a lot about yourself. His book is partially an account of his life lessons, and is filled with wisdom regarding how we can alter our perspective about our reality and how the whole world outlook changes in the process.
Willem provides advice regarding personal, mental, emotional and spiritual fitness that include tips on how to maintain balance, peace and harmony in your life. Knowing these important elements is how we all elevate our consciousness, and make a greater connection with our higher self—and when we make these connections and listen to our inner voice, including following and trusting in the guidance; our life starts to miraculously transform.
As Willem states “You are worthy. We are worthy-no matter what. This is part of mission possible. That is our birthright. There is so much false humility in the world that accompanies the mostly unconscious-phrases such as “I don’t deserve it”, “I am not good enough”, “I don’t deserve to be happy, healthy, and have love abundance in my life”. It is like driving with one foot on the accelerator and one foot on the break simultaneously.”
If you want to break free from your monkey mind and repetitive fear thinking, then you are going to want to listen to this interview with author and coach Willem Van Esch. You can visit his website by clicking here or for more information about Willem and his book “Mission Possible.”
