Intentionally is a how we all strive to live our lives. The question is how frequently do we live a life focused on our intention?
In my recent interview with Mallika Chopra we discuss her new book entitled ” Living with Intent“. Even the daughter of Deepka Chopra had her own messy journey to purpose, peace and joy. As he points out in our interview she struggled managing a business, motherhood and balancing between all of the demand on her life. Mallika was taught at a very young age growing up in her home to set intentions and have a daily practice of meditation, but like all of us she got off track and had to take a strong look at how she was living her life.
How many of you set intentions daily before your feet hit the ground? How many of you give gratitude for all that you have daily? Just these two practices can have a significant impact on your happiness, joy and fulfillment in life. Millika has an acronym for “INTENT”. “I” stand for Incubate, “N” for Notice, “T” for Trust, “E’ is for Express, “N” is for Nuture, “T” is for Take. Intention are expressions of who we aspire to be as individuals-physically, emotionally, spiritually as members of our families and communities.
If you are looking to live your life with more intentionally, peace, joy and happiness then I recommend that you listen to this wonderful interview with Millika Chopra about her new book “Living with Intent“.
