I had the pleasure of speaking with author Tina Gilberston about her new book entitled ” Constructive Wallowing“. I know the title sounds a little like an oxymoron but believe me after you listen to this interview, I think you will change your mind about how positive “constructive wallowing” can be for your emotional and mental well being.
Society tells us to put on a happy face whenever we feel blue, and as Tina states we end of ignoring what’s true—and what is making us feel empty, lonely and stuck. We are all aware that suppressing our feelings leads to numerous health issues such as tension headaches, anxiety, high blood pressure and so many others. I encourage you to listen carefully to my interview with Tina, she really has some constructive advice and guidance about how to beat bad feelings by letting them go.
